Born and raised in West Seattle, Washington, I spent six seasons playing professional baseball throughout the United States and abroad after being selected in the 22nd round of the 2019 MLB Draft by the Los Angeles Angels.

Prior to my professional career, I earned a gold medal with Team USA’s 18U National Team, won a NJCAA national championship at Chipola College, and completed my collegiate career at the University of Alabama.

Following professional baseball, I spent more than a year traveling throughout the world, exploring different cultures, perspectives, and ways of life. Those experiences continue to shape my writing and exploration of awareness, faith, and human potential.

I have worked with athletes from MLB, MiLB, NPB, and KBO organizations, along with entrepreneurs, executives, artists, and individuals seeking to cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves and their potential.
