About

Born and raised in West Seattle, Washington. When I was 14, my father passed away suddenly from a heart attack. From that point forward I dedicated myself to becoming professional baseball player.

In June 2019 I was selected by the Los Angles Angels in the 22nd Round of the MLB Draft.

In May of 2020, I was released due to the COVID pandemic. Over the next five months I became depressed. Smoking weed, drinking alcohol, and not sleeping. I was without a purpose.

One evening in October 2020 I came across a documentary on Wim Hof, the ice man. This video changed my life.

I began to practice the breath and cold exposure every single day. I went on to play independent baseball in 2021 and in January of 2022 I was signed by the Kansas City Royals. I played with the Royals in 2022 and 2023. Prior to the 2024 I was signed by the Seattle Mariners and spent of that season with them.

Prior to my professional career, I earned a gold medal with Team USA’s 18U National Team, won a NJCAA national championship at Chipola College, and completed my collegiate career at the University of Alabama.

Following professional baseball, I spent more than a year and a half traveling the world, exploring different cultures, perspectives, and ways of life.

I have worked with athletes from MLB, MiLB, NPB, and KBO organizations, along with entrepreneurs, executives, and artists.

I guarantee the best version of you lives in the unknown.

All are welcome.
